LYB is helping to advance the circular economy through CirculenRecover, our mechanical recycling solution that transforms post-consumer plastics into high-performance products with up to 100% recycled content. Using CirculenRecover grades may contribute to a lower product carbon footprint (PCF) relative to virgin polymers.

Turning hard-to-recycle plastic waste into value

The CirculenRevive solution leverages chemical recycling to convert hard-to-recycle plastic waste—breaking it down to its molecular building blocks to create feedstock for high-quality polymers with a variety of highly-regulated applications like food packaging and healthcare. CirculenRenew polymer solutions made using bio-circular feedstocks

Our CirculenRenew polymer solutions use ISCC PLUS-certified mass balance to replace up to 100% of fossil feedstocks with second-generation bio-circular alternatives. Made from waste and residual oils, these drop-in, high-performance polymers maintain virgin properties, can meet regulated application needs, and may help reduce Scope 3 emissions.
